Premium includes four AI tools that run against the real solicitation and its attached documents: a bid summarizer that turns a long RFP into a one-screen briefing, a requirements extractor that pulls out every certification, insurance, format and deadline obligation, a compliance checklist builder you can tick off as you assemble the package, and a proposal drafter that produces a structured first draft specific to that solicitation. You can run them from any bid page or from the AI tools workbench.

It writes a structured first draft — cover letter, executive summary, understanding of requirements, technical approach and qualifications — based on the actual solicitation and the company details you provide. Anywhere information is missing it inserts explicit placeholders for you to fill in. Treat it as a strong starting point that removes the blank-page problem, not a submission-ready proposal: you must review it against the official solicitation before you bid.

Premium includes a monthly AI usage allowance at no extra cost, which covers normal use comfortably. If you go beyond it, additional usage is billed as metered overage on your next invoice at published token rates — there are no credit packs to buy in advance. Your month-to-date AI usage is always visible on your account page, and we warn you before you approach the limit.

We use Anthropic's Claude models. Bid text and documents are sent to Anthropic only at the moment you explicitly run an AI action — nothing is sent in the background. Anthropic does not train its models on API inputs or outputs by default.

NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) codes categorize businesses by industry. Government agencies use them to classify solicitations and set aside contracts for small businesses. Filtering by your NAICS sector is the fastest way to find relevant bids.

An RFP (Request for Proposal) asks vendors to propose solutions and is judged on multiple factors. An RFQ (Request for Quote) asks for pricing on defined items. An IFB (Invitation for Bid) is typically awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. GovBidWire aggregates all of these.
