AI Tools — an Optional Add-On
AI is not included in any plan. Premium, Pro and Team buy the bid data product: documents, contacts, incumbents, market intel, unlimited alerts and — on Pro and Team — the capture pipeline. If you want the AI tools — RFP summaries, requirement extraction, compliance checklists and proposal drafts — you switch them on separately and pay for what you use.
The AI RFP Analyzer needs both. It is part of Pro and Team, and like every other AI tool it also needs the add-on switched on — each analysis is a real AI request, billed by usage. Pro on its own does not include it; nor does the add-on on its own.
- Off by default. Nothing AI-related is charged unless you turn it on yourself from your account page.
- You set a monthly limit when you switch it on. AI pauses when you reach it, so the bill can never run away from you.
- You are only charged for AI actions you run. Searching bids, reading documents and receiving alerts never trigger an AI charge.
- Each request is priced on the tokens it actually used, at published rates, and added to your next Stripe invoice. No bundled allowance, nothing to buy in advance.
- Your running total is always visible on your account page, updated after every request — before it reaches an invoice. Turn it off anytime, in one click.
- Not part of the free trial. A trial has no payment method to bill usage against.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts include a 14-day Premium trial with documents and intel unlocked. No credit card. After that you stay on Free unless you subscribe.
Do I have to pay after I create an account?
No. Free includes search and one daily alert. Payment is optional — you can keep browsing and upgrade later from this page.
What is the difference between Premium, Pro and Team?
Premium finds government contracts: documents, contacts, incumbents, buyer intel, unlimited alerts, the deadline calendar and the portal tracker, for one account. Pro adds pursuit — a capture pipeline with stages, tasks, documents and your bid/no-bid call on every opportunity, the AI RFP Analyzer, and a daily capture brief. A Pro pipeline is a personal workspace with one seat. Team is that same pipeline shared: invite the company, assign owners and tasks to teammates, and get Slack delivery. Team includes 5 named seats; add more anytime.
Does the free trial include Pro or Team features?
No. The 14-day trial unlocks Premium — documents, contacts, intel and unlimited alerts. The capture pipeline, the AI RFP Analyzer and the daily capture brief are part of Pro and Team, and start when you subscribe.
Are AI tools included?
No. AI is an optional usage add-on you switch on from your account page. Searching, reading documents and alerts never trigger an AI charge.
Can I cancel online?
